Born and raised in Canada, I have been very blessed to be a part of a beautiful multicultural family. My mother from the Philippines and my father from Trinidad & Tobago, it was always about family, friends, church functions, and sports, there are so many memories! I moved to Toronto to go to school for fashion marketing but after school and 4 years working in the industry, I found my love for hospitality and events.

I moved to Denver 13 years ago for love… and yes, we finally got married in 2018!!!   It was natural for me to continue my passion within the industry and now with over 19 years working in the catering and events world, I finally decided it was time to become “she boss” and Poised Events was created in 2016. It all sounds so serious, but as you get to know me, I am all about the laughter, the adventure and being in the moment. 

When I am not planning events or networking with the best, you can find me either in the gym training for a fitness competition, dreaming of getting back on a motorcycle as I got rid of my baby, Bonneville Triumph to have a baby, a now toddler!! I love to spend time with friends, trying new restaurants, traveling to new places, being a soccer mom, a football coach's wife and ALWAYS taking the time to learn and be inspired.
